CANCELLATION POLICY
NOTE: Our Policy includes a FEE OF $50 for missed appointments and for less than 24 hours’ notice of appointment.
Cancellations due to medical emergencies or severe weather conditions are exempt from this charge. Note that work is not considered an emergency.
** For those unable to pay the full amount, and available upon requests, we offer a sliding scale for patients in the form of packages
treatments once a week:
$75 when purchasing a package of 4 ($300 x month)
treatments more than once a week:
$50 when purchasing a package of 10 ($500 x month)
Appointments average 35 - 60 minutes
